FCF is committed to respecting the privacy and security of your general and personally identifiable information. Any general and personal information that you are required to provide FCF as a part of your registration or use of the FCF Software will be solely used to verify your membership and to provide you with information about FCF products and updates on the Registered Groups you sign up to join therein.
The FCF Software obtains the information you provide when you download and register as a User of the FCF Software. Registration with FCF is optional. However, without registration, you will be unable to use the features offered by FCF Software.
When you register with us and use FCF Software, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use applications from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the FCF Software, and; (e) information you enter into our system when using the FCF Software, such as contact information and project management information. If you donate to a charitable organization using the FCF Software, we may also ask you to provide your mailing address for tax-deductible receipt purposes.
In addition, the FCF Software may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile Internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Application.
FCF may use the information you provide to contact you and provide important information, required notices and marketing promotions. FCF WILL NOT sell personal information to third parties for any reason unless otherwise outlined herein. FCF WILL NOT share or distribute your personal information with third parties except as part of the function of the FCF Software and as required by law.
FCF provides the organization through which you purchase the FCF Software through (“Registered Group”) anonymous aggregated level data about its participating members, which would include your general information as part of the group. However, the Registered Group does not receive any data or information specific to your individual participation in the FCF Software, including but not limited to your Registered Group selections. The FCF Software may also use your location to identify and recommend nearby Registered Groups for you to support and follow. The User may turn this setting off at any time under My Profile > Settings.
If you create an account with FCF, FCF may use the personal information provided to send emails or text messages as to special offers, program updates, promotions, and upcoming events. You will receive emails directly from firstname.lastname@example.org, unless a different email address is specified and requested by your Registered Group. If you do not wish to receive these promotional emails, text messages or any related emails, you may opt out at any time using the unsubscribe links within the received email, text message, or through the Application. Opting out will permanently remove your email address and exclude you from receiving future notification of additional products, events, and updates. Additionally, opting out of promotional emails will not unsubscribe you from any alerts you may have subscribed to.
FCF may also use the personal information provided to allow User to view another User’s contact information in a FCF-created Seller Directory on the software. The personal information displayed on the Seller Directory is the User’s email (required) and phone number (optional). The personal information retained and displayed on the Seller Directory is visible only to a Registered Group’s Group Leader and Users for that Registered Group. If you do not wish for your personal information to be included and published on the Seller Directory, you may opt out at any time by going to My Profile > Settings on the software.
FCF does not sell or rent any of your personal information to any third party. However, FCF may employ other companies and individuals to perform functions on FCF’s behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, sending emails, and analyzing data. Such third-party companies will have access to only the personal information needed to perform their functions and may not use any personal information for other purposes. FCF Software may also include external hyperlinks to third party merchants and vendors who may request your personal information, including, but not limited to, email address or other personal information. Please be advised that FCF is not a party to any transaction between you and the merchant or vendor and is not responsible for any personal information provided by you as a part of your transaction. Any and all transactions with merchants or vendors is directly with said merchant or vendor and will be wholly processed by the merchant or vendor, not FCF. FCF does not obtain and is not provided any specific data or information by the merchant or vendor concerning your specific transaction with the merchant or vendor. All issues and disputes with a merchant or vendor, including but not limited to delivery issues and returns of merchandise should be handled directly with the merchant or vendor, as FCF is not a party to your transaction.
Your user information is retained securely to industry standards and it may be accessed and edited as long as any Fan Club for which you’re registered remains active with FCF. Your information will no longer be accessible from an external login point upon the termination of all Fan Clubs for which you’re registered.
If you wish to deactivate your registration or request that we no longer use your information to provide you services, please contact us at email@example.com. We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Your user information can be completely destroyed by request with a one-time fee.

By using the FCF Software, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Policy now and as amended by us. "Processing,” means using cookies on a computer/hand held device or using or touching information in any way, including, but not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information, all of which activities will take place in the United States. If you reside outside the United States your information will be transferred, processed and stored there under United States privacy standards.
FCF will notify you prior to making any material changes to this Policy, including, but not limited to, any changes in data collection practices, new or additional data being collected, or any new practice that may reduce or alter any security protections outlined herein. Any such changes to this Policy will be posted on the FCF website and emailed to each User for review. If you do not agree to a proposed change in the Policy, you have the right to terminate your use of FCF software. Please be advised that by continuing use of the website after we post any such changes, you accept this Policy as modified.
FCF is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. FCF provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information we process and maintain. FCF follows generally accepted industry standards and maintains reasonable safeguards to attempt to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information in FCF’s possession. Please be aware that, although we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches due to outages, attacks, human error, system failure, unauthorized use, or other factors. In the unlikely event of a data breach, the authorized Group Leader of each affected FCF Fan Club will be notified of the details of the breach, all FCF responses to the breach, and any User information affected by the breach. FCF will assist and work directly with each Group Leader to inform their registered Users in writing of the breach and recommended actions.
In the event that FCF dissolves, goes out of business, or files for bankruptcy, FCF will not sell your personal information to any third party and will continue to protect your personal information in accordance with the procedures outlined herein.
In the event of a sale, merger, or other event in which FCF assets are acquired by or merged with a third-party, all personal information collected by FCF could be involved in such transfer. The Policy shall remain in effect, and any third-party acquirer shall only use and disclose such personal information as outlined in this Policy, unless such third-party acquirer receives your written consent to do otherwise. FCF will provide you with notice of any such transfer or change in ownership within thirty (30) days of the transaction being completed. If you do not consent to your personal information being exchanged in the event of such sale or transfer, you may request that all your personal information be removed by FCF.
In the event you choose to delete your account, please contact FCF at firstname.lastname@example.org. Upon the deletion of user account, FCF will delete all of your profile information and any other information the deleted account has provided to FC (such as your name, username, password, email address, profile images, etc.). Any information you have shared with other Users or other Users have shared about you shall not be considered part of your personal profile and may not be deleted when you delete your account. FCF is also not responsible deleting or removing any personal information you have shared with a third-party operating in connection with FCF.
In the event you have provided and personally identifiable information from educational records, such personally identifiable information shall be transferred back to the related educational entity (or to a designated thirty party) upon request by the education entity or upon expiration of your FCF account.
FCF does not use the FCF software to knowingly obtain data from or market to children under the age of 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact FCF at email@example.com. FCF will delete such information from our files within a reasonable time.
